FAIR LAWN, N.J. — Steve Quilliam of Fair Lawn is being forced from the Middletown, N.Y. facility — along with 15 of his dogs.

For two years, the animal rescuer and transporter has operated out of the renovated site but will have to find a new spot due to noise complaints and threats from neighbors, he said.

In the meantime, Quilliam is moving to a foster-based organization and is hoping to transport a farm he recently purchased into a possible facility.
