Alford, who is a free agent defensive tackle, turns 33 on Saturday, May 28.
Alford attended Orange High School and was named first team All-State, and was named a U.S. Army All-American. He attended Penn State University where he was an All-Big Ten performer his junior and senior year.
Alford was drafted by the New York Giants in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He also played for the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks.
