CLIFTON CHASE: A chase that began in Clifton with an ex-con ramming a police car with his vehicle ended with another crash and a quick arrest in Elmwood Park just off Route 80, authorities said Thursday.

RINGWOOD DINER: A local couple is fulfilling its lifelong dream with the opening of a new Ringwood diner.

BURGLAR POSED AS DPW: Police in Bergen and Passaic counties issued an alert for a Sussex County burglar who they said dresses up as a DPW employee and breaks into unoccupied homes.

CLIFTON'S OLDEST PIZZERIA: "I was sitting right at one of these tables and Kathy took care of me and I got the feeling I could do this and be proud," said Alberto Molina of Ridgewood of the day he negotiated to buy Mario's Restaurant & Pizzeria.
