Bliss Lounge – which has featured top performers such as Snoop Dog, Trey Songz, Rick Ross and 50 Cent – requested a stay in Superior Court, which would allow it to continue with events until an official appeal is filed, the story says.

The club has been operating on a probationary permit since September, the story says. Police have responded to numerous incidents at the club, and on March 12, arrested three people there, including a man who allegedly had a handgun tucked into his pants, the story says.
