Melissa Richman's suit claims hospital staff failed to properly check identification bracelets and provided her the wrong baby to breastfeed not long after giving birth, the article says.

The lawsuit also alleges staff came in after approximately 20 minutes and notified  Richman and her husband, Dave, of the error, NBC New York reported.
