Passaic Hit With 10 Inches Of Snow In Some Areas

PASSAIC COUNTY, N. J -- Passaic County got walloped with a winter blast Thursday that shuttered schools, businesses and made a mess of the roads. The National Weather Service reported 10 inches of snow had fallen in West Milford by 3:26 p.m.

Schools around the region have closed due to the weather. However, all county offices are open and running a normal schedule.

Temperatures were at around 25 degrees by 5:30 p.m., with a wind chill of about 11.
