PASSAIC, N.J. — Mary Costantini, 63, of Passaic, died Sunday, Oct. 23.
She was born Dec. 6, 1952, in Passaic, was raised in Rutherford and lived in Jersey City for several years before moving to Union City 10 years ago.
She worked at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City as an assistant professor in visual presentation and exhibition design for the past 30 years.
She is survived by her children, Anton and Adam Mathieu; parents, Bernice and Victor Costantini; siblings, Anne Kong and Victor Costantini; and granddaughter, Eliana.
There will be a funeral at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington, thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in North Arlington for a noon funeral Mass. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to a scholarship fund in her memory.
