Members of the department's Narcotics Division executed a search warrant on the Highland Avenue residence and arrested Brian Valencia, 31, after an investigation that lasted several weeks, Detective Lt. Robert Bracken said Wednesday morning.
Valencia remained held on $150,000 bail in the Passaic County jail on vaious drug charges.
