DWI Wayne Driver Found Passed Out In His Underwear, Police Say

WAYNE, N.J.– A drunk driver was wearing only his underwear when he was found passed out in his car overnight Monday, Wayne police said.

Omar Sabry, 21, of Wayne was unconscious and nearly undressed -- his leg pressed against the brake pedal -- when officers found his 2012 BMW in the intersection of Nellis Drive and Valley Road, Capt. Laurence Martin said.

They awoke him "after numerous attempts," he said.

Sabry was released to a responsible adult on a court summons after falling a breath test, the captain said.
