PASSAIC, N.J. -- Authorities were trying to identify a man struck and killed by an NJ Transit Wednesday afternoon near the Broadway station in Passaic.
The man was struck at 1:15 p.m. by a Port Jervis train on the Main Line bound for Middletown, N.Y. out of Hoboken, NJ Transit's Lisa Torbic told Daily Voice.
Although Track 2 was shut down, Track 1 was open, as trains moved slowly through, she said.
