Tariq Holly, 24, was carrying two ounces of phencyclidine woth about $1,600 when they grabbed him on Monday, Sheriff Richard H. Berdnik said.
"PCP is a dangerous substance, and I am glad that an individual who peddled the substance on the street is now under arrest," Berdnik said.
Holly was charged with various drug possession counts with the intent to distribute them.
