A judge ordered Julio Lujan, 37, held on $200,000 bail in the Passaic County Jail, charged with second-degree sexually assault and child endangerment, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes said. .
The arrest followed an investigation by her Special Victims Unit, the prosecutor said.
An initial Superior Court appearance was scheduled for Wednesday.
