Tracy Raysor, who has a history of burglary, theft and other charges out of Bergen County, was ordered held without bail in the Passaic County Jail pending extradition proceedings after being arrested Thursday by Warrant Detectives Luis Pagan and Joel Familia, Passaic County Sheriff Richard H. Berdnik said.

The pair acted on a tip from PCSO Community Policing Detective Liram Kaba that Raysor was there to pay outstanding tickets, Berdnik said.

Raysor was wanted on a theft charge.

Berdnik credited the work of Detective Joe Cammisa and Sgt. Ralph Garcia of the warrant squad and thanked Kaba for the tip.
