Jhordan Gutierrez, 22, of Clifton was seated at the end of the bar in La Officina on Lexington Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Monday when Officer Christopher O'Brien -- alerted to a report of a patron carrying a knife -- ordered him to show his hands, Detective Lt. Robert Bracken said.

Gutierrrez refused and then fought back when O'Brien grabbed him, Bracken said.

O'Brien got the knife away but Gutierrez continued fighting, the lieutenant said.

Backup Officers Alan Berkenbush and Lucas Gunther joined O'Brien soon after and Gutierrez was arrested, he said.

He remained animated while being processed at headquarters (see mugshot, above).

Gutierrez was charged with resisting arrest and weapons possession and released on a summons pending a court hearing.
