Andrew Kazmierzak, 28, lives either in Paterson or the Bronx, Police Chief Larry Minda said.

Kazmierzak went to the 26-year-old victim's house in the Monarch Apartments on Schindler Court on Sept. 13 "to talk" but got into an argument with her, the chief said.

He urinated on the floor, after which she got the bleach -- which he took from her, he said.

Kazmierzak then "dragged her through the bleach and punched her in the face," Minda said.

He eluded an intense manhunt while the victim was hosptialized for lower torso injuries, he said.

A fugitive warrant charges Kazmierzak with aggravated assault.

Anyone who has seen him, knows where he is or has information that could help the investigation is asked to call East Rutherford police: (201) 438-0165.
