He entered the Capitol One branch on Ackerman Avenue at 3:15 p.m., and "presented a threatening note to a teller, demanding cash," then "fled on foot with the proceeds," Lt. Robert Bracken said Monday morning.
He was described only as white and wearing sunglasses.
