ONLY ON CLIFFVIEW PILOT : Freestyle rapper Toby M. “Hynief” Raynor — who openly admits on video to selling pot — was arrested at Juelz Santana’s Bergenfield recording studio, where investigators said they found two fully-loaded 9mm handguns and several boxes of ammunition.

Raynor, 24, who lives on Washington Avenue and claims he was unjustly accused of attempted murder in Virginia, is charged with selling pot to undercover detectives.

A team of officers led by the Bergen County SWAT team  and from the Bergen County prosecutor’s office, burst in on the Washington Avenue “Santana” studio on Thursday, assisted by the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department and Bergenfield police.

They arrested Raynor and found the guns and ammo, along with 17 “small clear zip-lock bags each containing a greenish brown vegetation, consistent with the appearance of marijuana,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.

Additional charges are expected involving the weapons. Meanwhile, a judge ordered Raynor held on $50,000 cash bail at the Bergen County Jail. Santana announced Friday on Twitter that Hynief had been released: “A! @HYNIEFSKULLGANG bailed out #whoooaaaaa.”

Raynor says his Muslim name, Hynief, means “the speaker of truth — wise words spoken through a clean mouth.” He said he’s originally from Virginia, where “bodies drop like crumbs off your turkey and cheese sandwich.”

“Half-nigger, half cracker — I ain’t ashamed,” he says in a video shot just off Washington Avenue.

He also admits to “punching fiends in the face” who pull up in cars looking for other pot dealers. He said he gives them his cellphone number and says “Don’t ever call nobody else out here no more. Call me.”

“That’s my shit. That’s my world, my nigger…. You don‘t like me, then fight me.”

Claiming he was unjustly accused of attempted murder, Raynor raps in the song, “ The Struggle,”: “I ain’t got time for the DA, especially in VA.” (NOTE: A criminal record check for Virginia turned up nothing on Raynor.)

In the same video, Raynor points to garden apartments in Teaneck, where he says his child’s mother “lives in a Section 8,” and then poses in front of a tank outside the Teaneck Armory.

Talking about his rap career, he says: “I’m on a mission.”

Raynor works with the Harlem-based Skull Gang (Street Kids United by Loyalty & Loot), a loose-knit group formed in 2007 by rapper Juelz Santana who primarily record on the Skull Gang Entertainment label. They’ve worked with, among others, rap legend Jim Jones, Lil Wayne and Mike Epps.

Santana apologized to fans for missing a show in Chicago following the bust: “A! If it ant 1 thing it’s another smh sorry to all the people in chi-town that came out last night I couldn’t make It!! Trouble wit the law.”
