WAYNE, N.J. -- Wayne police responding to complaints of juveniles buying marijuana and hash in an open-air drug market arrested a 24-year-old township man on distribution charges.
Undercover officers watched the area and various suspects for several weeks before taking two juveniles into custody and arresting Loui M. Dibarro after they stopped his car, Capt. Laurence W. Martin said.
A search of his home turned up more drugs, he said.
Dibarro was released pending a court appearance on charges of possessing and distributing drugs, among various counts, Martin said.
