The thieves "went running through the store grabbing items," Capt. Laurence Martin said Monday.
Both dropped the more than $3,100 worth of stolen goods in the parking lot, Martin said.
One of them hopped into a grey mini-van that was waiting at the curb, while the other ducked into the restaurant, he said.
Marlena Motley, 50, of Paterson was turned over to the Passaic County Sheriff's Department after police found an outstanding warrant, Martin said.
Wayne police charged her with shoplifting.
