Look no further than the $1.89 million Wayne home on Terhune Drive, which currently is the most expensive house for sale in the South Passaic area, according to Zillow.

The 6,900-square-foot waterfront home was built in 2005 and features five bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms.

It has been on the market for 211 days, according to Zillow.
