“This is a spectacular honor and I’m very thankful,” Lowe said. “Assisting my clients with their real estate needs is the best part about working in the industry, and I’m grateful that I have earned their trust to guide them through their housing transactions.”

Broken down by state and metropolitan area, REAL Trends’ America’s Best ranks over 9,900 of the nation’s top real estate professionals and teams. This year’s America’s Best averaged an impressive 74 sides for individuals, 139 sides for teams, and more than $39 million in sales volume for individuals, and $58 million in sales volume for teams in 2014. Given that the national averages are fewer than 10 closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume per agent or team, these results speak to the extraordinary success of America’s Best.

In REAL Trends, Lowe has earned the No. 17 spot of individual NJ agents by sides, having completed 84.50 transactions in 2014.

“I’m proud of Gene’s many contributions to the company and the diligent work he has put into reaching his success,” said David Anthony, Manager of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty’s Wayne office. “Gene is very deserving of this recognition, and Passaic County is very fortunate to have him as a realtor.”

“There is a reason why Gene is one of the top agents in northern New Jersey, and that reason is his unwavering drive to help his clients,” said Matthew Rand, Managing Partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “Gene’s superb work ethic is something to be admired.”
