“I’m very thankful for this wonderful recognition,” said Simone, a Real Estate Salesperson. “This profession has provided me with a tremendous amount of opportunities to work with friendly and intelligent individuals, and I’m grateful for all of the wonderful relationships I have built with them over the years.”

Broken down by state and metropolitan area, REAL Trends’ America’s Best ranks over 9,900 of the nation’s top real estate professionals and teams. This year’s America’s Best averaged an impressive 74 sides for individuals, 139 sides for teams, and more than $39 million in sales volume for individuals, and $58 million in sales volume for teams in 2014. Given that the national averages are fewer than 10 closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume per agent or team, these results speak to the extraordinary success of America’s Best.

In REAL Trends, Simone has earned the No. 21 spot for individual NJ agents by sides, having completed 79 transactions in 2014.

“Joseph is the type of agent that any manager would be lucky to have,” said David Anthony, Manager of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty’s Wayne office. “He is an inspiration to have in the office, and his diligence to be successful provides the energy that’s needed to thrive in the industry.”

“Joe is a tremendous talent,” said Matthew Rand, Managing Partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “His dedication to his clients has made him one of the best in Passaic County.”
