The home – owned by Mayor Daniel G. Mahler – sits on a 22,500 square foot property on the corner of Greenwood and Union Avenues, and is now under contract with Mran Haskill LLC, which operates five stores in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the story says.

One of the group’s owners said the site would make a good location for a fast food restaurant, the story says. The site, just off Route 287, is close to Passaic County Community College, a Holiday Inn Express, a laundromat and a grocery store, the story says.
