Passaic County Sheriff's Detective, Wife Hold Hurricane Harvey Fundraiser

LITTLE FALLS, N.J. — As soon as Hurricane Harvey hit, Debra Weston knew she needed to help — which is why the optician and her husband, Jimmy, a detective with the Passaic County Sheriff's Department, are holding a fundraiser in Little Falls.

The pair is holding a bracelet night at The Russian Hall on Sept. 22 to help raise money. 

There will also be donation boxes where guests are encouraged to bring pet food, which will be donated to New Jersey shelters receiving animals from Texas.

The event is from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
