The Hearth Restaurant, Clifton

What Makes It Patty Perfect: The "Famous Char-Broiled Burgers" at The Hearth have been made the same way since 1968.  When Teddy Sakellaris bought the mini-diner in 2010 from original owner Ari Tasiou he made sure to keep the burger-eating crowd happy. The secret might be The Hearth's self-serve condiment bar that's packed with raw onions and "so so good" pickles.
