OAKLAND, N.J. -- Who can resist the cozy booth of a diner? If you’re not drawn in by the often retro ambiance, you’re no doubt driven by the menu, mammoth undertakings filled with pages and pages of comfort food, not to mention unlimited cups of coffee.
