PASSAIC, N.J. -- The mayor, police chief and an immigration attorney met on Thursday with residents anxious about President Trump's vague policies.
"Know Your Rights" let people know under what circumstances ICE agents can enter premises and confirmed that Passaic wasn't a sanctuary city, according to northjersey.com.
Passaic officials pointed out that not a single person has been detained since Jan. 1 and advised that no one should believe rumors.
Acting Mayor Hector Lora told the crowd that officials are there to protect them.
