Teresa Giudice, who is expected to be released Wednesday, will be getting out of prison a few months before the end of her scheduled sentence, according to the report.
Giudice, who starred on the "Real Housewives of New Jersey," turned herself over to authorities at 3 a.m. Jan. 5 at the Federal Correctional Institution at Danbury in order to begin her 15-month prison sentence, the story said.
Giudice, 42, and her husband had pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in a multimillion-dollar mortgage and bankruptcy case, the story said.
Her husband, Joe Giudice, is set to begin his 41-month prison term in March. He is not a U.S. citizen and could be deported after his prison term.
They served their prison terms at separate times because they have four daughters -- ages 5 to 13.
The prison in Danbury has gained fame with the bestselling book and hit Netflix show, "Orange Is The New Black." The book's author, Piper Kerman, served her drug sentence in Danbury. It also where rapper Lauryn Hill served out her three-month sentence for tax evasion. Danbury is a minimum-security camp that houses 218 female inmates. Another 800 inmates are held at a low-security prison next door.
