The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Squad tracked down Jennifer Suriel, 27, and David Lawrence, 31, both of Paterson, county Prosecutor Camelia Valdes said Wednesday.

They joined ex-cons Luis Polanco, 26, also of Paterson, and Angel Toro, 35, of Milford, PA behind bars in the Passaic County Jail, following a grand jury indictment returned Monday in Paterson.

Bail was set at $1.5 million for each. Charges include murder and illegal weapons possession counts.

Polanco and Toro also were charged with being felons in possession of weapons, while Suriel was charged with hindering apprehension.

All four “were working as accomplices to one another” in the killing of Joe Rodriguez, 25, formerly of Sheridan Avenue, who was shot and killed on the sidewalk in the 100 block of Crooks Avenue in the early-morning hours of March 23, 2014, Valdes said.
