Patrolman Timothy Tabor responds to a "shots fired" call and assists with locating a fleeing suspect. Tabor, along with the K-9 unit, then searches the brush where the suspect was reportedly last seen.
"A person matching the description is spotted soaking wet laying down near the river’s edge and claims to be there because of instinct," the clip's description says.
"He is placed in cuffs and charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest."
Filming had traffic at a standstill over the summer along Route 4 at the boarder of Elmwood Park and Paterson.
