Car Rams Pole, Closes Franklin Turnpike In Ho-Ho-Kus

HO-HO-KUS, N.J. -- A portion of busy North Franklin Turnpike in Ho-Ho-Kus was closed Friday morning after a sedan slammed into a utility pole.

The vehicle was removed by flatbed tow truck.

The driver was taken to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood after sustaining minor injuries in the crash near Hollywood Avenue.

Ho-Ho-Kus police, firefighters and EMS units responded, along with a PSE&G crew.

The vehicle was removed by flatbed tow truck.
