CLIFTON, N.J. -- Clifton police charged a Paterson man with breaking into two dozen cars over the past several weeks.
Roberto Quinones, 42, was being held on $200,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
The burglaries occurred near Hazel Street and Paulison and Main avenues, mostly at night, Detective Sgt. Robert Bracken said.
Windows were broken and items taken, he said.
