CLIFTON, N.J. -- Clifton High School fired band director Cody Holody after one year on the job, according to a report on NorthJersey.com.
Clifton Principal Anthony Orlando escorted Holody off the band's practice field Monday, the report said. Jason Leshowitz, the district's supervisor of fine and performing arts, assisted in removing Holody, the story said.
Former Director Robert Morgan will lead the team through the fall season. He retired last year after 43 years in the position. A search for a permanent replacement will begin in early winter, the story said.
