He had no home, but plenty to steal.
Donell Davonne Rothwell, 54, who has no fixed address, is accused of breaking into multiple vehicles in St. Mary's County, stealing credit cards and valuables, and using them to shop at local stores, according to the sheriff's office.
Now, he faces a total 46 criminal charges.
Deputies took Rothwell into custody last month following a rash of reports of thefts from unattended vehicles, officials said.

A Maryland woman who was drunk behind the wheel when she crashed her minivan, killing a child and injuring two others, has been convicted of felony manslaughter, authorities announced.
Ashley Nicole Nolan, 28, of Lexington Park, was found guilty on six charges, including grossly negligent manslaughter by motor vehicle, life-threatening injury while driving under the influence, and driving under the influence while transporting minors, according to St. Mary’s County State’s Attorney Jaymi Sterling.
She now faces up to 22 years in prison.

A violent crash in Lexington Park left a 59-year-old woman dead after she was ejected from her vehicle when it overturned, according to the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9, near the Crossroads Apartments on Great Mills Road, when a 2015 Nissan Armada slammed into the back of a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, authorities said.
