A Penbrook man used threats, deception, and explicit recordings to sexually exploit multiple victims, authorities in Dauphin County announced on Thursday, April 18.
Skylar Addison Vandevander, 26, was arrested on Wednesday, April 17 in connection with a disturbing pattern of coercive sexual abuse, according to Penbrook police. He faces 40 charges, including:
Felony Rape by Forcible Compulsion.
Felony Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.
Felony Sexual Extortion.
Felony Failure to Comply with Megan’s Law Requirements.

Vineland Man Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting Toddler, Faces Life In Prison
A Cumberland County jury has found a 53-year-old man guilty on multiple charges for sexually abusing a 2-year-old child, prosecutors announced Wednesday, Feb. 19.
Jorge Deleon Diaz, a former Vineland resident, was convicted on four counts following a trial that began with jury selection on Feb. 4, 2025, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said.
Prosecutors presented eyewitness testimony, DNA evidence, and statements made by Diaz to prove he sexually assaulted the victim on July 25, 2023.

Demetrius Fallings Jr., 32, was charged with failure to comply with registration requirements, the East Pennsboro Township Police Department said.

A 22-year-old sex offender was found to have violated Megan's Law statutes after police caught him groping a woman on a Bayonne street, authorities said.
Tariq Baker, of Bayonne, approached the female victim around 3:05 p.m. Monday, July 8 and grabbed her buttocks on East 50th Street, Bayonne Police Detective Sgt. William Dundas said.
