Injured Worker Rescued From 11th-Floor Scaffolding In New Rochelle (Photos) New Rochelle firefighters carried out a high-stakes rescue after a worker fell on scaffolding outside the 11th floor of a building, leaving him injured and unable to move, officials said.  The incident unfolded on Thursday, March 6, when emergency crews were dispatched to the scene and found the worker stranded on the scaffolding with a back injury.
