Sullivan County resident Edward Koskey, 16, of Liberty, was last seen on Saturday, April 12, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. Koskey was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with his last name written on the back, and black sweatpants with the word “wrestling” written in yellow.
