A man chased another person through a Lititz neighborhood while waving a butcher knife and threatening to kill him, police said in a release on Wednesday, June 18.
Miguel Angel Rivera Jr., 49, of Lititz, was arrested after the violent outburst on the first block of Wentling Lane in Warwick Township around 2:20 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
Investigators said Rivera brandished a butcher knife, threatened to kill the victim, and actively searched the area for him after he fled. Witnesses confirmed the attack, police said.

A man held a knife to a woman’s throat and raped her inside a Lancaster home, threatening to stab her “100 times” if she refused, prosecutors announced Tuesday, June 10.
Jose Miguel Matos-Seda, 43, who has no fixed address, is accused of forcing the woman to undress at knifepoint and sexually assaulting her inside a residence on the 200 block of East King Street in March, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office said.
