A 24-year-old woman killed in a late-night pedestrian crash in Loudoun County has been identified, police said. Ashlin Barraclough, of Leesburg, was struck and killed late Thursday night, June 12, near the intersection of the Leesburg Bypass (Route 15) and Edwards Ferry Road NE, according to the Leesburg Police Department. At 5:05 a.m., officers responded to the White Horse Pike and Damson Avenue after a 2009 GMC Sierra traveling westbound struck the woman, who was walking inside the westbound lane, Galloway Township police said.
