Revamped Jersey Shore Restaurant Will Open Just In Time For Summer
A restaurant is re-opening along the Jersey Shore just in time for summer, and an expansion project will give customers many more options. Jersey Shore Restaurant Group (JSRG) purchased Breakers Kitchen & Tap on Route 9 in Waretown last year. In a news release, JSRG said it will re-launch the restaurant as Three Story Grill, along with a banquet hall called The Hall at Three Story. New Jersey's Last-Standing Sears Store Says It's Closing
And then there were none. New Jersey's last-standing Sears store, located in Jersey City, appears to be closing. The store at Newport Centre announced a store closing sale on Friday evening, Jan. 5 on Facebook. A voice answering service said the store was closed when Daily Voice called Friday at 7 p.m. Daily Voice has reached out to the Simon Property Group, who owns Newport Centre, and Sears corporate for comment. Nearly 50K Massage Guns Sold Nationwide Recalled Due To Fire, Burn Hazards
Nearly 50,000 massage guns sold at major retailers across the country are being recalled due to more than a dozen reports of overheating and a burn injury. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced this week that Homedics is recalling tens of thousands of personal massagers that ca overheat while charging, leading to a report of fire or burn risk. In total, approximately 46,000 are being recalled in the US, and another 41,000 in Canada, according to federal officials. TGI Fridays Closing Wayne Restaurant, 30 Total Locations Across Northeast
TGI Fridays is closing nearly 30 "underperforming" locations across the northeast and will sell eight restaurants to the chain's former CEO, the chain said in a news release. The 27 closures include restaurants in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
