Passaic Ethics Board Rules Cotroneo's Disclosure Failure An Oversight

PASSIAC COUNTY, N.J. -- The Passiac County Ethics Board has ruled Freeholder Ronda Casson Cotroneo's failure to submit state-required financial documents was an oversight, according to a report in northjersey.com.

Cotroneo told the board Thursday she forgot the forms with the state in 2014 and 2015, northjersey.com reported. 

After hearing testimony, the four-member board went into closed session, after which it ruled the state hadn't properly notified Cotroneo, according to northjersey.com.
