Poughkeepsie Drug Dealer Caught With Cocaine, Cash 3 Separate Times Gets Prison Time
A drug dealer from Dutchess County will spend the next decade behind bars after he was repeatedly caught with cocaine in Orange County, prosecutors said.
Poughkeepsie resident Demetrius Ware, 42, was sentenced on Monday, July 13, to an aggregate prison term of 10 years, followed by two years of post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler announced on Friday, July 17.
