Juan Flores was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of sexual assault and two counts of child endangerment following an investigation by her Special Victims Unit, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said.
Flores remained held in the Passaic County Jail after a first appearance Wednesday in Superior Court in Paterson.
