Iconic Paterson Warehouse With Giant Route 80 Sign Hits Market For $13M
The Padded Wagon building, a recognizable industrial site with a giant sign towering over Route 80 in Paterson, is officially for sale.
The historic complex at 61 State St., known formally as Reinhardt Mills, hit the market with a $13 million asking price, according to listing broker Homer De Leon of The Marmarou Team.
The 131,000-square-foot property, owned and occupied by national moving and storage company The Padded Wagon, sits in a prime location with high visibility from the highway. The business is preparing to vacate the site, De Leon said.
