At 5:35 p.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of Swedesboro Road and found the 13-year-old unconscious and unresponsive beneath the overturned tractor, Franklin Township police said. The boy was helping a family member dig a hole using the tractor and was riding on it with a man when the tractor overturned, trapping him, police said.
